Job Summary
Act as Manager on Duty, adhering to company policy and procedures while ensuring store team tasks align with the store plan. Address immediate customer service issues, provide appropriate coaching to Associates, and maintain accurate associate coverage in service areas. Execute opening and closing procedures, communicate priorities with management, and partner on training needs to increase effectiveness. Promote credit and loyalty programs, support shrink reduction goals, and maintain a safe environment by promoting safety awareness. Act quickly under challenging circumstances while responding to changes in direction or unexpected situations. Requires flexible schedule including nights and weekends; starting pay $17.92 to $18.42 per hour.
Required Qualifications

- 1 year retail
- 6 months leadership experience
- Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
- Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
- Proven problem solving skills
- Able to effectively coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks
- Able to act quickly under challenging circumstances
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
