Job Summary
Conduct opening and closing procedures, manage on-duty leadership, and address immediate customer service issues while coaching Associates. Ensure store team adherence to operational procedures, labor laws, and safety guidelines. Maintain accurate associate coverage, execute shrink reduction goals, and partner with management on training needs. Act as Manager on Duty, providing progress updates and feedback to staff. Requires flexible schedule including nights and weekends, with a starting pay of $19.00 to $19.50 per hour.
Required Qualifications

- 1 year retail
- 6 months leadership experience
- Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
- Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
- Proven problem solving skills
- Able to effectively coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks
- Able to act quickly under challenging circumstances
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
