Job Summary
Key Carrier role alternating with Coordinator responsibilities, overseeing store operations, driving customer service excellence, coaching Associates, and acting as Manager on Duty. Responsibilities include maintaining Associate coverage, ensuring adherence to labor laws and store procedures, communicating priorities to management and staff, providing feedback and recognition, supporting training needs, promoting safety and shrink-reduction programs, and contributing to a positive customer experience. Requires open availability including nights/weekends; emphasizes leadership, problem solving, teamwork, and ability to adapt to store needs.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience preferred
- 6 months leadership experience preferred
