Job Summary
Key Carrier coordinates store operations with flexible schedule including nights and weekends; acts as a leadership presence, coaching associates, ensuring adherence to labor policies, opening/closing procedures, and effective communication with management. Responsibilities include maintaining Associate coverage, delivering customer service, supporting shrink reduction and safety initiatives, promoting credit/loyalty programs, and partnering with management on training and performance feedback while ensuring smooth store execution and adherence to company guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months leadership experience
- open availability including nights and weekends
- ability to coach, delegate, and follow up on multiple people/tasks
