Job Summary
Key Carrier role as an elevated extension of the Coordinator role, alternating between Coordinator and Key Carrier with leadership responsibilities in maintaining store operations. Provides exceptional customer service, coaches Associates, ensures accurate Associate coverage for service areas, and enforces opening/closing procedures and policy adherence. Communicates progress and priorities with management, supports training needs, and upholds labor-law compliance and safety standards while contributing to shrink reduction goals. Requires open availability including nights and weekends and strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months leadership experience

- knowledge of labor laws, policies and procedures
- experience with store operations, opening/closing procedures
- experience in preventing shrink and promoting safety
