Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations by acting as Manager on Duty, ensuring opening/closing procedures and labor laws are followed. Address immediate customer service issues, provide coaching to Associates, and maintain accurate coverage in service areas. Prioritize tasks according to the store plan, manage Associate training needs, and support shrink reduction and safety awareness goals. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, responding to changes in direction or unexpected situations. This elevated Coordinator role requires 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience within a Fortune 100 off-price retailer.
