Job Summary
Key Carrier role is an elevated extension of the Coordinator role in TJX's retail stores, alternating between Coordinator and Key Carrier with leadership responsibilities. Responsibilities include maintaining store operations, coaching and providing feedback to Associates, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, managing Associate coverage for service areas, communicating with management, and supporting opening/closing procedures. The role requires exceptional customer service, the ability to act as Manager on Duty when needed, and maintaining a positive, compliant, and safe store environment. Candidate must have open availability, including nights and weekends, and demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to handle dynamic store needs and partner with management on training and development. Location: Royal Palm Beach, FL; salary range: $16.00-$16.50 per hour (annualized to $33,280–$34,320). Required Qualifications
