Job Summary
Key Carrier role is an elevated extension of the Coordinator position at TJX’s family of brands. The role alternates between Coordinator duties and acting as Key Carrier, taking on a leadership role in maintaining all store operations, coaching Associates, ensuring coverage for service areas, and addressing customer service issues. Responsibilities include supervising adherence to labor laws and safety procedures, executing opening/closing procedures, promoting credit and loyalty programs, supporting shrink-reduction goals, communicating with management and Associates, providing feedback and training, and partnering with Management on trainee development. Must have open availability including nights and weekends and demonstrate strong problem solving, multitasking, and exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months leadership experience

- proficient in company standard software, systems, and procedures
