Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months leadership experience
- Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
- Superior communication and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Open availability for shifts
- Ability to coach, delegate, and follow up with multiple people/tasks
- Ability to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Ability to maintain appropriate Associate coverage and adherence to labor laws
