Job Summary
The Key Carrier role is an elevated extension of the Coordinator role, alternating duties based on store needs and primarily performing Coordinator responsibilities with occasional Key Carrier leadership. The role requires open availability, including nights and weekends, and focuses on delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining store operations. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, providing coaching to associates, managing associate coverage in service areas, executing opening/closing procedures, communicating effectively with management, recognizing and delivering feedback, supporting training, ensuring labor law compliance, participating in shrink reduction efforts, and promoting safety. The position emphasizes teamwork, adaptability to changes, problem solving, and strong organizational and communication skills to support store performance across TJX brands (TJX Companies, HomeGoods, Marshalls, Winners, TK Maxx). Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months leadership experience
