Job Summary
Act as Manager on Duty, ensuring opening and closing procedures are executed per company guidelines while maintaining accurate associate coverage. Address immediate customer service issues, provide appropriate coaching to Associates, and ensure the team performs tasks in accordance with the store plan. Promote credit and loyalty programs, support shrink reduction goals, and maintain a safe environment by adhering to all labor laws and safety awareness protocols. Communicate priorities with management and provide constructive feedback to drive effectiveness. Work flexible shifts including nights and weekends, utilizing problem-solving skills to respond to unexpected changes and multi-task under challenging circumstances.
Required Qualifications

- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months leadership experience
- Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
- Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
- Proven problem solving skills
- Able to effectively coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks
- Able to act quickly under challenging circumstances
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
