Key Carrier Coordinator

Key Carrier role is an elevated extension of the Coordinator role, alternating between Coordinator duties and occasional Key Carrier leadership. Responsibilities include coaching Associates, maintaining store operations, opening/closing procedures, ensuring adherence to policies and labor laws, managing coverage in service areas, promoting safety and credit/loyalty programs, and partnering with Management on training needs. Requires flexibility to work nights and weekends, strong communication and organizational skills, problem solving, the ability to coach and delegate, and multi-tasking in a retail environment.
