Job Summary
Apparel Key Carrier role supporting store leadership and operations. Provides coaching and direction to associates, ensures adherence to procedures, manages coverage, and focuses on customer service and loss-prevention initiatives. Requires open availability including nights and weekends, ability to respond to changing priorities, strong communication and organizational skills, and knowledge of merchandise flow. Starting pay ranges from $15.25 to $15.75 per hour, with 1 year retail and 6 months leadership experience as part of the qualification baseline. Based in Erie, PA, USA.
