Job Summary
Key Business Development Manager responsible for net-new business in assigned territory, working from a home office, traveling to customers as needed; develop relationships, prospect, and penetrate new accounts in retail verticals; manage multiple projects and drive sales of POS software/hardware and cash-handling solutions to senior executives; requires 5+ years of solution-based sales experience and a bachelor’s degree; targets include major retailers such as Home Depot, Lowe's, McDonald's, Dollar General, Bass Pro Shops; remote work setup with travel to customers as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Required – BA or BS or relevant
- 5+ years solution-based sales experience including demonstrated sales experience within the retail market selling POS solutions, software, hardware, cash handling equipment, or other B2B situations
- Hunter mentality with demonstrated success penetrating tier 1 and upper tier 2 retail accounts
- Ability to provide a solution-based selling approach to senior-level executives in the top end of the larger National Accounts Retail accounts across the US
