Key Accounts Sales Application Engineer (MI)

Project management: Prepare and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines. Actively manage projects, updating the management team on progress, and perform risk management to mitigate potential issues. Maintain clear communication with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project completion. Sales Growth Development: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive growth within the assigned region, achieving or exceeding annual budget targets. Customer Engagement and Application Development: Partner with customers to identify and generate new applications for the MAPAL product line, presenting and demonstrating value-added solutions to meet their specific needs. Technical Support Coordination: Work closely with MAPAL support teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer challenges, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Customer Liaison: Serve as the key liaison between the customer, manufacturing, and engineering teams to ensure prompt resolution of delivery, performance, and design-related queries, fostering confidence for future sales. Training and Instruction: Provide instruction and training to customers on the utilization and application of MAPAL tooling to ensure optimal performance. Tooling Issue Resolution: Address tooling issues on the customer’s shop floor, report findings, and recommend changes as needed to improve outcomes and enhance customer satisfaction.
