Job Summary
Supervise production team leaders and coordinate scheduling of people, materials, and equipment to ensure production goals are met. Ensure compliance with company and safety policies, maintain product quality standards, and enforce work rules fairly. Work with various departments to maintain proper inventory levels and provide necessary training. Maintain a clean and orderly work environment while meeting safety and housekeeping standards. Provide input to performance reviews and disciplinary actions. Requires seven years of production-related experience in a manufacturing environment, proficiency with MS Office, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Required Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School Degree or equivalent
- Minimum of seven (7) years production-related experience
- Proficient with MS Office applications
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds at a time
- Sufficient hand, eye, arm, and finger dexterity
- Must wear safety glasses and hearing protection in designated areas
- Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking, while also performing repetitive tasks
- Prolonged periods of bending and/or twisting throughout a work shift
Desired Qualifications
- College Education in related field
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Successful experience with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects

- Ability to meet schedule and time deadlines and manage multiple priorities
