Job Summary
Key Account Manager – Public Channel oversees government and institutional accounts, drives formulary inclusion and access strategies, coordinates procurement and tender management, and collaborates with Distribution, Finance, Medical, Sales and other teams to ensure timely supply and realization of account priorities. The role emphasizes building relationships with procurement leaders and formulary influencers, translating insights into action, and maintaining compliance while delivering growth across Oncology-focused portfolios in public healthcare settings.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Graduation / bachelor’s degree in science is preferred
- A minimum of 2 years working as a KAM (Institutional Business)
- Total sales experience of 7–8 years
- Languages: Professional proficiency in English
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaborator leadership skills
- Ability to communicate technical information to diverse audiences
- Cross-functional collaboration and negotiation capabilities
- Compliance orientation and ability to operate within regulatory guidelines
