Job Summary
Supports the account team and account strategies to build customer relationships and grow Cummins' share of wallet for an assigned set of customers or geographic region. Key responsibilities include organizing customer visits and negotiations, identifying customer needs, curating data to support customer evaluation of Cummins benefits, facilitating contract negotiations and implementation, coordinating communication with customers and internal stakeholders, supporting revenue and share goals within assigned accounts, acting as the voice of the customer, driving projects to improve customer relationships and value, executing the Cummins Sales Process, maintaining accurate reporting/forecasting in CRM, identifying new business opportunities, participating in cost-reduction initiatives, managing accounts receivable and payment terms, maintaining sales forecasts, and balancing inventory, service, and delivery capabilities with customer expectations.
