Job Summary
Key Accounts Executive responsible for developing KA strategy aligned to market strategy, negotiating with key accounts, managing budgets and resource allocation, and driving distribution. Role involves collaborating with the commercial organization on trade programs, communicating brand cycles and launches, designing and implementing account-management frameworks, ensuring compliance with contracts, and analyzing key account data to benchmark performance against market trends. Requires university degree, at least 3 years in sales/related roles, strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and fluency in English and Slovenian.
