Job Summary
Direction-focused senior sales leadership role driving account-level strategies to expand adoption of Kerecis and Coloplast Advanced Wound Dressing technologies within strategic healthcare organizations, with emphasis on cross-specialty engagement and collaboration with regional leadership. Responsible for coordinating contract additions, identifying opportunities for innovative partnerships, building and maintaining high-value relationships with key decision makers, and conducting regular business reviews. Travel 50-70% to hospitals/IDNs, with cross-functional collaboration to achieve management by objective (MBO) targets and growth in market penetration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business discipline from an accredited college or university
- 5 years of related experience in healthcare medical device industry
- Track record of successful strategic selling into healthcare organizations
- Strong relationships with hospitals in designated Area
