Job Summary
Key Accounts Director role focused on driving growth of the brand in the greater Buffalo, NY area through field sales and channel collaboration. Responsibilities include engaging with C-Suite, Medical Directors, and payor/hospital staff to discuss approved messaging and product acquisition processes, developing trusted advisor relationships with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating with Channel Strategy, Payor, Governmental Affairs, and market access teams, coordinating hub/reimbursement logistics with legal/compliance, conducting field sales calls in private offices, OTPs, key accounts and hospitals, managing a KPI-driven territory with defined objectives, coordinating across Field Leadership Team and NKAD/KAD meetings, and developing/implementing territory business plans with budgetary consideration while ensuring compliance with company policies and SOPs. The candidate should be deeply knowledgeable about disease states related to opioid use disorder, managed markets, reimbursement, and specialty pharmaceutical channels, and possess strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to drive patient-centered outcomes and brand success.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum ten years in pharmaceutical/medical/healthcare sales
- Experience in hospital/health system formularies and reimbursement
- Experience with REMs, HUB Services and Field Reimbursement teams
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record
