Key Accounts Delivery Co-ordinator responsible for day-to-day service requests for key clients within NSS Testing, providing support to field-based operatives, guiding the quotation process with Contracts/Service Delivery/Estimating teams, converting enquiries into quotations and PO-backed instructions, logging purchases, allocating operatives/vehicles/equipment via the job scheduler, validating post-works reports, preparing invoicing data, and generating client-facing reports. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, customer service excellence, coordination with Service Delivery and Contracts Managers, and ensuring health and safety documentation and certificates are maintained. Requires strong communication, data entry, CRM usage, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Location-based in Leeds, UK with in-person work expectations and a focus on office administration and cross-functional support.
