Job Summary

Drive lubricants sales growth by prospecting new customers, achieving monthly and annual volume targets, and implementing promotional initiatives to increase brand visibility. Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, garages, transport companies, and key accounts while providing technical guidance on product selection and application. Conduct training sessions for channel partners, analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities, and ensure timely payment collection and accurate sales reporting. Maintain compliance with safety standards and industry regulations. Based in Mombasa, this permanent role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field
  • At least 3–5 years' experience in sales within the Oil & Gas industry, specifically lubricants or related petroleum products
  • Strong technical understanding of lubricants, including automotive and industrial applications
