Job Summary
Conduct, control, and increase sales according to monthly targets for the modern sanitary channel. Oversee promoters in the Sanitary channel by monitoring operational activities, stock levels, and sales target achievement. Manage customer relationships while controlling invoices and supervising debt activities to ensure all obligations are completed on time. Monitor product selling activity in stores and supervise promoter performance in each location. Based in the Jakarta Office, this role requires a Bachelor's degree, two years of sales experience, and fluency in English.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree, (Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, or related fields)
- At least 2 years experience as Sales in Same Industry
- Min. held high school background
- Good communications with all type customers
- Customer oriented
- IT skills / MS Office
- Fluent in English (writing and speaking)

- You have demonstrated strategic thinking, have strong analytical skills and ability to see the big picture
- You have a proven track record of displaying strong business understanding and you are able to evaluate risks/opportunities making skilled business decisions

- You have great communication skills and you have the ability to convince, influence and motivate others in a complex matrix organization
- You are keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability. You are self-driven, problem-solver with a proven track record of delivering great results
- You like working in a fast moving environment, being open to new opportunities and evolving priorities and flexible in the way you deliver against strict deadlines and dealing with ambiguity. You manage every shifting priorities
