Job Summary
Lead business-support management at hospitals by promoting products to Therapeutic Area Experts and reinforcing scientific support for key products. Organize scientific events and projects while analyzing business results to build action plans for your assigned territory. This role reports to the Key Account Manager and requires a Pharmacist or Doctor background with at least one year of similar experience or three years in Medical Rep/Drug Introduction positions. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership, fluent communication, and the ability to identify business drivers and decision processes within the hospital channel.
Required Qualifications
- Pharmacist or Doctor background
- At least one-year experience at a similar position
- At least three-year experience of Medical Rep/ Drug Introduction position at multinational pharmaceutical companies
- Successful experience in sales, both in qualitative and quantitative parameters
- Good capacity to identify business drivers and to assess return on investment
- Ability to take initiative and to identify decision process at hospital channel
- Strong leadership
- Fluent communication
- Good interpersonal skills
