Job Summary
Key Account Specialist in Riyadh responsible for managing and growing pharmacy accounts, delivering sales targets through accurate forecasting and demand planning, developing Joint Business Plans, ensuring in-store execution and POS visibility, and leading negotiations on pricing and promotions. Collaborates with marketing, supply chain, finance, and field teams to optimize account performance, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities through market intelligence and stakeholder mapping. Requires a science/pharmacy bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 7–8 years of sales experience in a multinational pharmaceutical environment. Strong account-management, cross-functional collaboration, and promotional-activity execution skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (science/pharmacy) or equivalent experience/qualification
- At least 7 - 8 years working experience in the sales field in a multinational pharmaceutical industry
