Job Summary
Monitor customer inventory levels, report status multiple times daily, and verify delivery plans for at-risk locations to prevent runouts. Coordinate tank testing requirements, escalate supply concerns before disruptions, and audit loading activity for transaction accuracy. Analyze inventory trends, track load activity by customer and fleet point, and develop recurring operational performance summaries. Maintain operational calendars, manage dispatch passdowns, and ensure timely communication regarding maintenance and supply impacts across dispatch, supply, and customer teams.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Understanding of basic computer skills, using e-mail and web-based computer systems
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel required (i.e., vlookups, pivot tables, formulas)
- Excellent organizational skills
