Job Summary
Key Account Sales Support Specialist to support key customer accounts and Regional Sales Managers through end-to-end order management, customer account support, pricing administration, and cross-functional coordination with shipping, purchasing, sales, and operations. Responsibilities include preparing reports and quotes, analyzing purchasing patterns and trends, monitoring order intake and delivery dates, recommending substitute products when needed, maintaining accurate customer data and pricing structures, and assisting with inbound communications. Requires independent work, proactive issue identification, and strong skills in PowerPoint/Excel and ERP systems to drive tasks to completion.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel including pivot tables, lookups, filtering, data analysis, and reporting
- Experience with ERP systems such as Acumatica, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.
- Experience supporting customer accounts, sales teams, purchasing teams, or operations teams in a distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, or retail environment
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and solve problems with limited direction
- Working knowledge of Wilmar, LLC branded products
