Job Summary
The Key Account Representative will develop and manage sales and marketing strategies with large chains to increase sales and maximize margins. The role involves identifying opportunities, selling to new prospects, managing existing accounts, leading a team of sales executives, and ensuring successful negotiations with store managers. Candidates must have a professional level of bilingual fluency in English and Spanish and possess an Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience, along with three years of relevant account management experience. The position requires strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
