Key Account Representative I Sales - Outside Sales

Develop and grow relationships with assigned large regional or national accounts by cultivating effective working relationships with key account representatives. Represent the company to these accounts by interacting regularly to determine changing needs, communicating competitive advantages, and ensuring product and service requirements are fulfilled on a timely basis. Identify and resolve issues, investigating customer complaints within established guidelines or escalating to management as necessary. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Sales or Marketing and six years of sales experience. Base wage ranges from $49,920 to $58,240 with additional incentive eligibility.
