Job Summary
Key Account Packaging Lead will drive strategic growth across high-value, long-cycle B2B accounts within a packaging environment. You will manage and expand a portfolio of strategic accounts, identify and secure new opportunities, develop and execute long-term account strategies to drive revenue growth, and lead contract discussions with senior stakeholders. The role requires building relationships with decision-makers, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions, analyzing account performance for continuous improvement, and representing the organization with professionalism. Travel up to 50% is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or strategic account leadership
- Proven success managing large, complex accounts with long sales cycles
- Experience within packaging, corrugated, CPG, or related industries preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and expand existing accounts
- Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
- Self-starter with a collaborative, results-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed
