Job Summary
Key Account Operations Manager will support the Key Account Managers in building and strengthening key client relationships, coordinate and prepare presentations and meetings, and deliver data-driven reporting. The role requires hands-on project- and process-management experience, strong stakeholder communication with internal teams (Trade Marketing, Business Intelligence, IT, Fulfillment partners), and the ability to drive new business areas and internationalization. Strong business acumen, decisive, and comfortable with MS Office; CRM/ERP/Shop systems experience is a plus. Fluent German and English are essential; additional languages are advantageous. Passion for the German/European FMCG industry and the ESN & More product lines, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with central buyers and service providers. The position offers flexible working times and hybrid office options in Hamburg, with exchanges across internal and external stakeholders and a focus on data-based decision making.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften
- Berufserfahrung 1-3 Jahre
- Kenntnisse im Projekt- und/oder Prozessmanagement
- MS Office, CRM-, ERP- und Shop-Systeme
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
