Key Account Officer/Project Manager

Key Account Officer/Project Manager to join an international team at DNV in Essen, Germany. Manage certification projects for international key accounts across environment, safety, IT security and quality standards. Serve as liaison between customers and auditors, plan and organize audits, ensure high-quality work within deadlines, and engage in sales activities to secure and develop existing customers. Use CRM systems to streamline certification processes and collaborate with the sales team to support revenue growth. Hybrid role based in Essen; responsibilities include coordinating audits, maintaining records, assisting auditors with administrative tasks, preparing required documentation, and participating in team discussions to identify opportunities for improvement.
