Job Summary
Key Account Manager responsible for order collection from customers, timely payment collection, and providing training and installation support for new products to ensure rollout of defect-free trailers. Focuses on improving product performance, resolving service issues, tracking revenue recognition and customer GRN, addressing customer service complaints with the service team, conducting continuous customer visits to address pain points, and generating more orders in the North zone with benefits reflected in the West and East zones. Promotes advanced products such as TEBS, Tail guard, TPMS, and Traction, and involves coordination on new products/projects for customers.
