Job Summary
Manage and grow relationships with seed treatment customers as a primary point of contact, executing account plans that drive sales growth and profitability. Identify new business opportunities to increase product adoption and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless delivery and forecasting. Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and business reviews to communicate value, analyze performance data for growth recommendations, and support pricing strategies and business planning. Ensure compliance with credit, pricing, and risk policies while representing customer insights internally to drive product improvements. This role requires 3+ years of agricultural commercial experience and 1-2 years in seed treatment, with a base salary ranging from $104,900 to $146,920 plus discretionary bonus.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales, account management, seed, crop protection, or agricultural commercial experience
- 1-2 years of seed treatment experience, calling on seed care customers and having B2B conversations
- Demonstrated success supporting revenue growth and managing customer relationships within the agricultural industry
- Foundational business acumen with experience supporting pricing, forecasting, margin management, and sales planning activities
- Ability to analyze sales and market data and translate insights into actionable customer strategies
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally to deliver customer-focused solutions and achieve business objectives
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems, sales performance tools, and Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to travel as required to support customer relationships, field activities, and industry events
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of seed treatment products, seed technologies, crop production practices, or related agricultural inputs preferred
