Job Summary
Key Account Manager responsible for servicing framework contracts within the North UK across Water Utilities, engaging operations, developers, contractors, depots and delivery partners; drive opportunities to hit sales targets, maintain relationships, and support growth in a high-velocity utilities sales environment. Requires strong account management, market awareness of water utilities trends, CRM proficiency, effective communication across stakeholder levels, willingness to travel, and a UK driving license. Role based remotely in the UK with 37.5 hours per week, reporting to Head of Water; includes a competitive benefits package and potential bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in the utility sector, managing accounts and driving opportunities to hit sales targets
- Strong market knowledge and ability to stay ahead of competitors, products and customer trends
- Confident communicator able to engage, influence, and build positive relationships at all levels
- Commercially and strategically savvy, identifying performance criteria and working with teams to boost efficiency and sales
- Tech-savvy and flexible, skilled in CRM systems, negotiating with utilities and contractors
- Full UK Driving License and able to travel as required
