Required Qualifications

  • Strong skills in customer relationship management and stakeholder influence
  • Negotiation and joint business planning
  • In-store execution, merchandising, and retail fundamentals
  • Order management, forecasting, and supply chain coordination
  • Data-driven with experience using Circana/IRI and retailer platforms (e.g., Walmart Supplier One, Retail Link, Scintilla, Supplier Net)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Travel ~20% for trade visits
