Job Summary
Key Account Manager for Vonage's API/CPaaS Video API solutions in the EMEA mid-market. Own the full sales lifecycle from pipeline generation to close and post-sales upsell, employing a value- and solutions-based approach. Drive opportunities with tech-savvy customers, build relationships with executives across business, marketing, and technology teams, and collaborate with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Engineering, Security, Marketing, and Product to navigate complex deals. Lead compelling presentations of Vonage’s CPaaS and Video solutions to diverse audiences, provide accurate forecasts and visibility into revenue, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to expand adoption and land new target accounts. Prefer experience in enterprise technology sales, SaaS, Cloud, or API-based communications, with a track record of prospecting and developing new customers, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
