Job Summary
Key Account Manager responsible for developing and expanding an existing customer portfolio across the Nordics/Sweden, identifying new opportunities, and strengthening relationships to ensure Univar Solutions remains the primary source of chemicals. Independent work with a business growth strategy, meeting customers onsite or via Teams, with hybrid work from the Malmö office or home, and travel across Sweden and other Nordic countries. Must communicate effectively in Swedish (or another Nordic language) and English, hold a valid driving licence, and operate with a company car. Prior experience in B2B sales, preferably in chemicals, and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across industries are key. The role emphasizes developing the business, growing the customer base, and delivering strong service through a strategic action plan and KPI focus (Activity, Spot Business, Pipeline, Retention, Margin Management).
