Job Summary
Key Account Manager needed to manage and expand a portfolio of strategic Nordic corporate accounts, building trusted advisor relationships with decision-makers and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored chemical solutions. Primary duties include upselling and cross-selling, leading commercial negotiations (pricing, contracts, and agreements), serving as the main contact to ensure high customer satisfaction, and monitoring market trends to position Univar Solutions for growth. The role requires the ability to work in a hybrid setup from Malmö and via Home Office, strong business acumen, and the skill to translate customer needs into value-added offerings. Proficiency in Swedish (Nordic language) and strong English skills are required, along with a valid driving licence (company car provided). KPI-focused with responsibilities across portfolio management, pipeline development, and customer retention.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales and managing complex customer accounts
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Professional proficiency in Swedish/Nordic language and high level of English (written and spoken)
- Valid driving licence; company car provided
