Job Summary
Key Account Manager for Townsquare Ignite, a remote role focused on high-value client partnerships. Serve as primary strategic partner for key accounts, join and lead client calls to present campaign results and performance insights, and recommend optimizations and cross-channel expansions to drive ROI. Collaborate with sales, Buying, and Creative teams to tailor campaigns, guide setup requirements, and ensure successful launches. Post-launch, act as ongoing client liaison, translating analytics into actionable insights and identifying upsell opportunities. The ideal candidate is consultative, detail-oriented, and capable of communicating complex digital metrics to executives, with 5+ years of digital advertising experience across programmatic, SEM, social, or multi-channel campaigns; Bachelor’s degree preferred. This role emphasizes client-facing excellence, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple high-value accounts in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of digital advertising experience with programmatic, SEM, social, or multi-channel campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Client-facing experience
- Ability to lead client calls and explain performance data
