Job Summary
Key Account Manager responsible for leading a cross-functional team to manage designated accounts, establish strategic relationships with customers' key stakeholders, develop strategies & action plans, execute business plans, drive Tetra Pak's sustainable businesses and capture opportunities across business streams (Packaging Material & Equipment, Processing Equipment, and Services). Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, reporting to the Sales Director. Responsibilities include managing external stakeholders, building and executing joint account plans, overseeing internal sales processes, ensuring sales forecast accuracy, and managing accounts receivable. Requires a Bachelor's degree in economics/marketing, 3+ years in Sales or 5+ years in Account Management/Sales & Marketing/B2B, English fluency, and strong MS Office/Power BI skills. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in economics, BA or Marketing
- 03-year experience in Sales function at Tetra Pak or at least 05 years of relevant working experience in Account Management or Sales & Marketing or B2B sales
- Experience in Food & Beverage, FMCG, B2B industry would be an advantage
- Fluent in English
- Excellency in Ms Office tools (word, excel, ppt, Power BI,..)
- Good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and negotiation skills
