Job Summary
Drive merchant device sales for Paytm's EDC Retail in Vijayawada by visiting micro markets, onboarding high-quality merchants, and expanding merchant partnerships. Identify and engage potential clients in a B2B setting, leverage network and lead-generation activity (cold calling, pre-sales) to grow merchant base, while minimizing fraud/chargebacks by adhering to risk guidelines. Collaborate with Business & Technology Teams to resolve bottlenecks and act as a Paytm brand ambassador. Requires strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills, plus willingness to experiment and continuously improve sales processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- B2B field sales experience
