Job Summary
Key Account Manager responsible for signing new logos/merchants/brands from Large Enterprise and Corporate Accounts in EDC Retail for Paytm. Build and manage a sales funnel from prospecting to closure, engage stakeholders, and drive revenue growth. Demonstrates adaptability, persuasive communication, professionalism, and a strong sense of urgency to meet timeframes. Collaborates across teams to maximize cross-sell opportunities and contribute to the company’s digital payments ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales with large enterprise accounts
- Ability to sign new logos/merchants/brands from large enterprise or corporate accounts
- Experience building and managing a sales funnel from prospecting to closure
- Ability to communicate persuasively to diverse stakeholders
- Strong adaptability and problem-solving mindset
- Professional demeanor and ability to represent Paytm professionally
- Sense of urgency to meet deadlines and drive results
- Ability to collaborate across teams (sales, product, finance) to close deals
- Experience in digital payments, financial services, or fintech domains
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
