Job Summary
Key Account Manager – Team Lead for EDC Retail at Paytm in Kannur, Kerala. Responsible for engaging Premium merchants, tracking portfolios, communicating with merchants, ensuring service delivery in assigned areas, and meeting sales targets across payment solutions (QR codes, EDC/card swipe machines, POS software, insurance, and other financial products) to drive product penetration and revenue growth. Lead day-to-day activities with the team, gather market feedback, deploy products at client locations, and articulate benefits and best practices to clients to drive sales conversions and retention. Ideal candidates are self-starters who can own their work, articulate complex solutions to customers, possess fintech or field experience, and demonstrate strong sales, negotiation skills, plus an understanding of the local geography. Education: Graduation/Post Graduation preferred.
Required Qualifications
