Job Summary
Key Account Manager for Suspension (Shanghai, China) responsible for collecting market/customer information, formulating sales plans, managing quotations for new projects, negotiating with customers, coordinating internal project teams, tracking project progress, production-phase negotiations, maintaining internal pricing, monitoring payments/overdue accounts, coordinating daily customer activities (surveys, visits), and preparing internal reports and documentation. Requires Bachelor’s degree or higher (engineering background preferred) and 4+ years in automotive parts; English & Mandarin proficiency; experience with VW/Mercedes-Benz/BMW a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- engineering background preferred
- 4+ years of experience in the automotive parts industry
- Experience with VW, Mercedes-Benz, or BMW is a plus
- Proficient English & Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading)
- Strong sense of responsibility; able to prepare internal documentation; excellent communication skills
