Job Summary
Key Account Manager leads IDEMIA's commercial development in the Argentine market, owning sales relationships across existing accounts and new opportunities. Acts as hunter and farmer to protect and grow revenue, delivering value-based proposals beyond transactional selling. Creates and maintains account plans with short-, mid-, and long-term expansion goals focused on upsell, cross-sell, and new revenue streams. Manages renewals by leading offers and aligning commercial, technical, and legal teams. Coordinates IDEMIA's participation in RFX processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ) from qualification to response delivery, negotiates and closes contracts, and develops new accounts in utilities, automotive, and digital payments. Owns bud get and revenue forecast, communicates risks and opportunities, aligns customers to product roadmap (including SIM, eSIM, iSIM migrations), and represents the company at industry events to generate qualified leads. Requires deep telecom/IoT market knowledge in LATAM, experience with bid processes, CRM-based pipeline management, contract negotiation, and value-based selling.
