Key Account Manager, Specialty Care

Job Summary
Lead territory and key accounts in specialty care with AbbVie by executing brand strategy and tactics, driving sales performance, building strong customer relationships, and solving stakeholder needs to maximize short- and long-term sales while aligning with compliance and codes of conduct. Identify KA needs, opportunities, and threats, articulate insights internally, and develop cross-functional solutions to address claims or issues. Build strategic relationships to anticipate access barriers, collaborate on win-win partnerships for contracting and tendering, and develop detailed customer profile analyses to adjust strategies for highest service levels. Create engagement plans with the KA, formalize them within a Key Account Plan (KAP), and manage multi-channel engagement to meet evolving customer needs. Deliver Sales performance, achieve brand KPIs, and maintain plan adherence, including frequent professional public visits. Share learnings with wider teams, pursue personal development opportunities, participate in trainings and events, and fulfill other duties as assigned. Requirements include a relevant university degree in Science/Applied Science or Business, and strong English communication skills; neuroscience experience and commercial pharma exposure are preferred.
