Job Summary
Develop and build the Sobi Nephrology business in Poland by implementing local strategy for Aspaveli and other products. Take ownership of customer networking, manage ongoing key stakeholder relationships, and achieve challenging revenue targets. Spend 80% of work time in the field supporting business activities, interacting with key customers, and participating in local and international congresses. Collect, archive, and report field activity data while ensuring compliance with SOBI CRM, GxP regulations, and local health system policies. Monitor stock levels, allocate resources efficiently, and provide feedback on market requirements and competitor activities to support global and local business plans.
Required Qualifications
- University degree level education
- Recent experience in a marketing or sales role in original pharmaceutical company for a minimum of 5 years
- Ideally KAM experience for a minimum of 2 years with innovative drugs reimbursed by Drug Programs
- Effective communication and team working skills
- Multi stakeholder project management experience, delivering results on time and within budget
- Flexibility, ability to manage change and operate in an environment of uncertainty
- Key customer relationship management experience
- Management and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge about tenders' procedures
- Ability to identify and analyze business opportunities
- Knowledge of the local health systems and decision-making processes
- Ability to think out-of-the-box
- Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PP and Outlook)
- Good level of English
- Driving licensee gr. B
- Ability to be in the field 80% of time
