Job Summary
Plan, manage, and drive sales for key accounts in the semiconductor/automation sector, using team selling to maximize market share. Develop and implement account management strategies, build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at major accounts, understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions, negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability, lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure aligned product/service delivery, monitor performance and prepare reports on account status and forecasts for senior management, and drive long-term growth through strategic account planning and multi-level customer relationship management.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- University Degree in engineering and/or business studies; electrical engineering advantageous
- Postgraduate study in Technical Business or Business Administration is a plus
- Knowledge of MS-Office, CRM-tools, SAP
- Experience in industrial B2B sales
- Strong communication and negotiating skills
- Ability to analyze accounts and develop strategic plans
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and manage multi-stakeholder relationships
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to develop and implement account management strategies
- Contract and pricing negotiation experience
